Peace dreams of having many friends.

Flourishes in groups of one mind, or alone on long hikes up the mountain or to the lake.

Once upon a time, there was a large, old, orange negotiator, who had weaseled his way to leadership in a large nation with borders, history and clout.

He was notorious for lying, cheating on his wives, a bumbler and a bully—an avid golfer and talker, highly in debt abroad but always pushing his own business “success,” always assuring others of his prowess and abilities.

He likes to use catch phrases poker players might call “tells,” such as:

“Believe me” = I am lying.
“We’ll see what happens” = I have no idea what I am doing.
“There were good people on both sides” = I am a racist thug.
“Fake News!” = Stories published that hurt my image.
“He’s a Great Guy!” = He’s about to be fired.
“We’re going to take care of” = We’re skating by this moment, saying what makes story die.
“The incredible men and women” = I deify people, because I am myself a god.
“Billions and billions of dollars” = I am obsessed with money.
“Witch Hunt!” = an investigation I do not like.
“Many people are saying” = I am saying.
“Smart people” = People who support me.
“Total disaster” = I didn’t create it.
“CHI-na!!” = Racial slur hidden under tone to stir up racist base.
“Wiki-Leaks!!” = His savior, allowed him to “win” election in 2016 by cheating.
“Nobody really knows,” “Nobody knew” = I didn’t know.
“Lock her up” = Misogyny and misdirection.
“Build the wall!!” = I hate Mexicans, brown people.

COMBO ALERT:

The orange negotiator liked to combine catch phrases, too:

“We’re going to take care of it. A LOT of money! BELIEVE ME! But, we’ll see what happens.”

“Lock her up! Crooked Hillary!!! Wiki-leaks!!!”

And the crowd would erupt.

“Build the wall!” a code for “I’m racist like you!” and the crowd would go crazy again, lift the orange negotiator to leadership of this country.

Hello, my name is Will.

That never seems to impress anyone, but I say it anyway because it is sort of true.

I steer away from absolute truths most of the time because they can be somewhat boring and inconsequential.  I write comedy pieces a lot, which hardly anyone likes.  I am better at poetry, maybe because I was named in part after William Shakespeare by parents who never read.

Years ago, I read in an old second hand bible that Solomon had many wives, but also had written Proverbs—one of them exalting the “Wife of Your Youth” and that you should rejoice with her, be with her, honor her, etc.

Then Malachi came along and warned for us not to “deal treacherously with the Wife of Your Youth…”

I am currently seeking my fourth wife with vigor, despite these warnings from the bible, one of which especially suspicious due to one of the warner’s polygamy.  One thing I’m pretty sure of:

Little Billy, Tommy, Ricky, Mike, Jonathan, Suzy, Penelope and Roberta will be so happy to find a proper mom.  If you are out there, give me a call!!

I tend to carry my kids around like luggage, which I’m sure they appreciate and enjoy.  They seem to like multiple Christmases and zig-zagging all over the country to be with their moms and their families.  I never sit down and ask them how they feel, but I have a sixth sense about such things and know they love the adventure of it all!

I fall in love a lot, and am not too into vows and commitment.

Would you consider hanging out with me and being my fourth experiment?

Success is a peace of mind, knowing you did your best.
—John Wooden

Some people are addicted to people-pleasing.

Some people are not yet enlightened.

Some people walk the wide path to ignorance, fear and destruction.

Some people are racist because their father was racist.

Some people lie a lot because their father lied a lot.

Some people are violent and support violence because their father did.

Some people are Neo-Nazi/KKK sympathizers because their father was.

Some people are easy marks to be compromised by foreign intelligence operations because they are loose with sex and are highly in debt to foreign banks.

Some people never thought of others, or completed even an hour of community service work, then become the President of the United States because the President of the United States has only age and place of birth requirements.

Some people cheated to get elected by recruiting help from a foreign adversary.

Some haters allowed that to happen because they hated someone named Hillary and another named Obama.

Some people treat objects like Women, man!  Then treat money as a means to filling a never-filled, empty soul of hatred and fear of non-white skinned people.

Our Complicity in Crime and Deception

—by Bill Watkins 1/17/2018

CIA1

According to their corrupt, criminal-leaning Twitter bio blurb, the Central Intelligence Agency accomplishes “what others cannot accomplish,” goes “where others cannot go.”

They have been that blatantly un-American and pompous since their formal christening on the White House lawn in 1946.  Not without reason, the group was spawned from world war, fears of communism’s spread.  Fear was allowed to legislate, similarly to how President Andrew Jackson legislated Cherokee Indians off their native land to get to apparent gold reserves.

Greed and lust are neighbors of fear, it’s safe to say—a fear of not having enough.

Fear kept slavery around years after it was outlawed in England.  Few in the South could conceive of working their own land, having become addicted to the lie that their white skin made them superior to dark-skinned people.  Fear kept the slaves in line until the 1860’s blow-up of war and a start to freedom.

Fear reared its head in Jim Crow South, was confronted and defeated by Martin Luther King Jr. and others who harnessed the teachings of Jesus, God, the bible and a little man who kicked the British out of India after World War II.

***

But fear keeps the CIA in operation, even with their shady, diabolical mandate:

CIA Mission

“…conducting COVERT ACTION” and “safeguarding the secrets that help keep our Nation safe!?!?!?!?!??!!?” In a democracy?  Secrets?

No, thank you.

***

I’m all for discretion in diplomacy and government action; wait until all the information is there, then decide and publish. That is fine, to me.

But Secrets???  I don’t know a healthy one.  And I can’t imagine one surrounding the Murder of John F. Kennedy fifty-five+ years ago, for instance, that cannot be known by all Americans and the world today.

Oswald’s attorney post-death, Mark Lane, used to claim that in many cases, the CIA and FBI classify documents and information as “Top Secret” simply because it embarrasses those agencies.  In his book, Plausible Denial (Thunder’s Mouth, 1991, pp. 121-3), Mark relates a conversation he had with ex-CIA analyst, Victor Marchetti, who had written a tell-all about CIA activities that was not allowed by U.S. courts to be published until certain redactions were made.  (The CIA and the Cult of Intelligence, Knopf, 1974)

While defending Marchetti and Liberty Lobby against a 1984 libel suit by CIA’s Howard Hunt, Mark asked Victor about the redactions in his book.  None of the redactions had anything to do with national security, according to Lane—but all of them had one common ingredient: agents would be embarrassed, if the true story reached the public eye.

Mark then includes an example where the CIA spent American taxpayer money to cut open a cat and place a recording device in its tail, so they could get a feline grab of foreign leaders’ conversations at an embassy party.  The experiment failed, when it seemed the cat was more interested in caviar than espionage, and finally became obsessed with critter noise in the embassy walls.

The anonymous call to that embassy enlightening them on their rodent problem was an expensive home improvement tip to make, paid for by American citizens, locked up as a covert operation, classified “Top Secret.”

The CIA and FBI justify redactions and in keeping entire documents from public view with Section 102(d)(3) of the National Security Act of 1947, which states:

That the Director of Central Intelligence shall be responsible for protecting intelligence sources and methods from unauthorized disclosure…

***

What happened to Congress?  The Bill of Rights?  Democracy and transparency in a government supposedly run by the People for the People?

Slinking around secretly, killing, plotting, stealing…

Quite a resume for admission to the peace-loving United Nations!

That the United States of America would host that organization in New York is comical in light of all the acts of war perpetrated by CIA, from propaganda campaigns to propping up dictators, assassination programs and other war games too long to list, and too secretive to fully expose.

Martin Luther King has been widely quoted of late, as he should be.  A quote that keeps arising out of racist remarks from the White House refers to the complicity of those who do not stand up to such remarks:

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”

The CIA—its Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis, and anti-Castro Cuban killers—were not the only ones to kill John F. Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963; Martin Luther King on April 4, 1968; Robert F. Kennedy on June 6th, 1968; Archbishop Oscar Romero on March 24th, 1980; and John Lennon on December 8th, 1980.

We all kill Jack, Martin, Bobby, Oscar and John every day we fail to probe into facts, call out the lies, demand justice, transparency and true democracy from our government. Our government, not the post-World War II perversion that is covert CIA, an organization which still plagues truth and accomplishes “what others cannot accomplish,” and goes “where others cannot go.”

Senator Diane Feinstein and Congress slapped wrists hard regarding George W. Bush-age CIA torture, but today I appeal to her and others to go further.

Join me, reader.  And go further!!

The Glaring Conspiracy Fact:
Oswald’s Rights Have Been Stripped

***

-by Bill Watkins 11/22/2017

CIA killed John F. Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963.

I have written a lot on this, after reading a lot of evidence and credible testimony that point away from the famous suspect Lee Harvey Oswald, and toward Howard Hunt and CIA for the horrible murder and its sad cover-up fifty-four years ago.

New York defense attorney Mark Lane took up the defense for the suspect Oswald after Lee was murdered by Jack Ruby on November 24th, Ruby infiltrating a garage full of Dallas Police officers to strike.

Lane did what any decent attorney would have done—he broke down the prosecution’s case, poked multiple holes in it.  To me, Oswald would have been acquitted of the crime ten times out of ten in a just court.

Hence the murder of Oswald, and the subsequent “Warren Commission,” a convenient prosecution of Oswald without a defense—which allowed Lane to testify, but not to represent the suspect, call witnesses and cross-examine witnesses for the prosecution.  This being convenient to CIA, who planted the Kennedy-fired Allen Dulles on the “commission” to make sure no investigating got too close to the truth.

Our country has a Bill of Rights.  In them is the Fifth Amendment assuring that no American citizen “be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”  And a Sixth Amendment:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

Lee Harvey Oswald was denied his fifth and sixth amendment rights—first by being murdered.

And then, when his mother, Marguerite Oswald, hired Mark Lane to defend her son before the fraud Warren Commission, the deceased Lee was denied his rights a second time when the “commission” denied Lane’s plea to represent Oswald in the proceedings—eventually citing that Lee’s wife had already denied her husband’s right to counsel.

The Warren Commission was part of the CIA cover-up.

The murder of Oswald was part of the CIA cover-up.

The Commission and biased media outlets denying the deceased Oswald to be represented and defended by Mark Lane was part of a CIA cover-up.

Who locks up documents?  Calls them “Classified”—the American Government word for omerta?  Who has admitted to an assassination program?  A disinformation program?  To meddling in Central American, Iranian, Korean, Vietnamese politics?

Who hated Fidel Castro?  Communism?  John F. Kennedy for not offering air support to the CIA’s botched Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961?

Who heard Kennedy say he was going to dismantle the CIA?

Who hated Kennedy for firing the godfather of American spies, CIA’s big boss Allen Dulles?

Who hated Kennedy for firing Dulles’ right hand man, the brother of Dallas mayor Earle Cabell?

Who was threatened when Kennedy made it known his intention to pull American forces out of Vietnam?

Who was mad that Kennedy kept getting in the way of CIA’s efforts to kill Castro, and retake Cuba for American capitalist interests?

***

The mob hated Kennedy and his brother Bobby for going after them and for allowing Castro to kick them out of the Havana hotel/casino scene.

The racist south hated Kennedy for his overtures to Martin Luther King and the Desegregationists on the move in 1963.

But then there was Howard Hunt.

Blood brother and son to Allen Dulles, moreso to his kill-Castro Operation 40 army mates, training out of Miami, some of them in Lake Pontchartrain, Louisiana.

The blood brothers who formed to stop Castro. They thought they would have their president behind them, as Truman and Eisenhower had always been.

But that young, handsome, intelligent Kennedy, with his high-brow background and education.

A fly in the ointment.

“He got us killed and captured in Cuba that day.  He is a traitor.  Deserves death.”

So, let’s keep paying Operation 40 in Miami, keep training.

Only now, let’s turn those guns against Kennedy on November 22nd, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. The mayor is a friend. His police will help us!

Hoover will help, when he commits to Oswald, and sees what we have on him—and that FBI should have kept a better watch of him. “National Security” will depend on FBI discretion and complicity with our spy community.

We’ll caravan from Miami to Dallas by November 21.  A two-car caravan, one with personnel, the other with guns and costumes—just as Marita Lorenz would later say in a court deposition and in her book.  (Lorenz Depo Highlights)

We’ll hunker down in our motel, wait for Hunt’s money.  Get Ruby his instructions, just as Marita testified…

Then we’ll execute.  Kill the man—our national enemy.  The traitor Kennedy who had turned on his own CIA!

***

But it doesn’t stop there.  The cover-up must be perfect.  We’ll hang Oswald.  We’ll be in Secret Service and DPD uniforms, directing traffic from the start.

We’ll get Hoover and the Dallas D.A. making statements of Oswald’s guilt immediately.

We will out-voice the Mark Lane’s of the world who call out for constitutional rights and the rule of law, due process and all that horse manure.

We’ll pull out all the Hoover stuff, get journalists on our side—write our own articles, get Hunt to forge a telegram implicating JFK in the murder of the Vietnamese president. (Lane, Plausible Denial, 1991, Thunder’s Mouth Press)

We’ll get National Geographic, Time Life, CBS, RCA’s Military-tied NBC to push out the official story, have our agents and sub-agents go around the world, quell the European certainty of conspiracy.

Capture -- CIA release JFK1

Many will doubt and object, but we will push our story. Lock up relevant documents for seventy-five years. Burn and misplace stuff.

p.s. Don’t forget to print some gossip about JFK womanizing to keep people from caring about him too much!

—Love, CIA

A sad day today.

Remember John F. Kennedy, the greatest voice for peace in the world on the day he was murdered.

Conspiracy is a fact, when you focus on evidence and testimony in this murder case.

Slander and libel is a fact when you read Wikipedia’s Oswald page, calling him a murderer WITHOUT A TRIAL.

Without his fifth and sixth amendment rights in tact.

Wake up, reader! Join the side of right, law and truth!

Start easy and watch Stone’s JFK.  Then read Garrison.  Then read all of Lane’s first three books.  You will be convinced like me, many times over, that CIA murdered our president.

God bless us to truth, apologies, and better policies!

Devin Nunes, Nunes

Nunes1

As I’ve tweeted, if Nike were to put forward an Air Nunes shoe to commemorate Devin Nunes March-mad midnight White House dance:

I might buy!

To have that sort of agility would be neat. To be that dishonest… not so much.

Nunes’ current embarrassment is to push a dead Uranium Deal story pooped out by the unpopular Trump administration to clutter the clatter about dossiers and Russian collusion.

Seven months after Devin danced for Trump, presenting “intelligence” to the White House received from the White House the night before—

The California rep is dancing again to please his apparent boss.  Although sworn to uphold the Constitution and keep the White House in check, Nunes looks more and more a low-level lackey of a failing Donald Trump.

Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee is pulling out—but Devin is doubling down, to make one wonder if Putin and the Russians might have something compromising on more than the just the former Miss Universe pageant enthusiast, Donald Trump.

Jim Garrison1

-by Bill Watkins 10/23/2017

Louisiana district Attorney Jim Garrison called them out first, but after the weekend’s “reporting” it’s clear that NBC news is “sticking to the official story on JFK no matter what.”

With ties to RCA and the U.S. Military, it is no surprise that NBC News is taking the “easy” way to continue its complicity in CIA murder and collusion.

Defending Lee Harvey Oswald through the only means allowed him, New York defense attorney Mark Lane destroyed the FBI/Dallas Police/CIA prosecution.  In fact, Lane exposed the post-death slander of Oswald as unconstitutional with both of his two visits to the sham political dance disguised as an “investigation” called the “Warren Commission.”

https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh2/html/WC_Vol2_0020b.htm

https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh5/html/WC_Vol5_0278b.htm

Damning to the “official report” that patsy Lee Oswald killed JFK with a deficient Italian rifle from a deficient vantage point above and behind the fateful November 22nd, 1963 presidential parade route in Dallas:

1. The first weapon found on the sixth floor of the supposed firing hole, the Texas Book Depository—was a German Mauser, NOT OSWALD’S MAGAZINE-BOUGHT Italian Carcano, a rifle known in Italy as the “gun that lost World War II.”

The weapon was identified as a Mauser by Dallas Police Officer Seymour Weitzman, a gun shop owner knowledgeable enough to along with Officer Roger Craig notice the clear markings “7.65 Mauser” on the gun itself.

Weitzman signed an FBI affidavit to his findings.

FINDINGS THAT WERE DISCARDED WHEN THE FBI DISCOVERED THAT OSWALD OWNED AN ITALIAN CARCANO, NOT A GERMAN MAUSER.

2. Obvious signs from the Zapruder video and witness testimony that gunshots came from in front of the presidential limousine.

Plumes of smoke seen, noise and activity from behind the infamous “grassy knoll:” in front of the motorcade.  Kennedy’s head jerking back to react to frontal shots, grabbing the front of his throat to react to another frontal shot.

3. ALLEN DULLES, CIA spymaster FIRED BY KENNEDY after the Bay of Pigs fiasco, WAS PLACED ON THE WARREN COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE AND REPORT ON KENNEDY’S MURDER.

Pure bias and inappropriate, an obvious conspiracy FACT that a cover-up was in play.  Prospective jurors are thrown off cases for a lot less than being FIRED by the subject of the case at hand…

4. Warren Commission findings are not credible.  Lone gunman with a Magic “Single-bullet” theory, totally debunked by logic and people like Mark Lane smart enough to expose the sham.

5. Oswald lacked MOTIVE.

To this day, there is no credible motive ascribed to Oswald in relation to a Kennedy murder.  Oswald admired the president, had a hazy past of intelligence involvement, communist leanings suspect in light of his Marine training—which included lessons in the Russian language.

6. Marita Lorenz Testimony:

With no motive to lie (unless she wanted to be placed on a CIA/mafia hitlist for kicks), ex-Castro lover Marita Lorenz moves us finally away from Oswald to…

THE CIA.

Howard Hunt, Frank Fiorini (AKA Sturges) and the Operation 40 Anti-Castro Miami hit team killed John F. Kennedy, not the patsy Oswald.

Lorenz lays out the Hunt payments, the two-car caravan heading out of Miami and into Dallas, Texas on November 21, the day before the disgusting, cowardly hit.

Lorenz saw Hunt at their motel, doling out the dollars.  She saw a man she later recognized from a TV shot as Jack Ruby—Oswald’s eventual killer—also stopping by the killers’ motel.

Lorenz asked to leave the party when she realized what they were planning, but not before she saw enough to peg Hunt and CIA on the scene.

Testimony Mark Lane used to convince a Miami jury in 1985 that Liberty Lobby’s Spotlight magazine published the truth when their Victor Marchetti, ex-CIA writer, wrote of Hunt and CIA’s involvement in the assassination of the peace-striving president of the United States in 1963.

http://www.libertylobby.org/articles/2000/20000207cia.html

A libel case CIA and major news outlets like NBC never wanted folks to worry about too much.  CIA has been running this country politically since 1963.

Samuel’s curse, the result of a military coup seen so often in old Europe, that they never believed in garbage spewed out by Hoover’s FBI, the corrupted Dallas Police Department, nor the always diabolical UN/World Peace-thwarting covert CIA.

Click to access DOCID-32105956.PDF

God said having human kings would bite his people on the butt, and this is the type of thing He or She could have meant.

If NBC and other news outlets would claim to be independent of the ruling U.S. military, they would join this independent poet to denounce CIA as traitors.  Murderers.  The villains that killed JFK en route to millions in Southeast Asia, Kennedy just casualty number one of fifty some-odd thousand American deaths in the conflict.

Yes… with “motive…”  To perpetrate Vietnam, get revenge for Kennedy not providing air support to the Bay of Pigs concoction to overthrow communist Castro—restore a capitalist Cuba for CIA, U.S. interests including Mafia-connected hotel/casino owners.

Get control.  Show that n-lover Kennedy who’s boss in the South.  To not allow Kennedy to break up the CIA, as he had publicly promised to do.

For firing Allen Dulles as CIA director—a man in foreign service since before the whipper snapper Avant Garde American president—youngest in history, was even born.

Kennedy also fired the mayor of Dallas’ brother, something that could motivate someone to change a parade route at the last second, inspire a police department to become part of a dark, horrible moment in U.S. history—painted a rainbow by CIA spinsters for years.

And regarding “spinsters,” no one was worse than America’s “James Bond,” Howard E. Hunt—who forged a document after Kennedy’s death that blamed the murdered president for the assassination of a Vietnamese leader.

Mark Lane’s Plausible Denial (Thunder Mouth, 1991) is full of such sins, including a breakdown of Hunt’s failure in the Miami court to explain his whereabouts when Kennedy was killed in Dallas.

Alcoholism1

-by Bill Watkins,
Alcoholic Teacher
10/6/2017

*****

My last education article was about establishing a first name basis with students as a way to maximize service to them.

Now, as I reflect more on the errors of my own upbringing—next to meditating on solutions:

I, more and more, see the value of schools hiring not only psychologists and social workers generally, but counselors specifically qualified for drug and alcohol issues.

The best ones, I feel, are alcoholics and addicts themselves, in recovery from their illness—and ready to talk about it.

Alcoholics Anonymous was founded in the 1930’s, one alcoholic talking to another.  Bill Wilson from New York and a Doctor Bob from Ohio came together, shared stories, and adapted Oxford Christian group’s Six Steps to our modern 12 Steps for recovery.

12 Steps of A.A.

1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.

2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.

3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God, as we understood God.

4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.

5. Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked God to remove our shortcomings.

8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.

9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.

10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.

11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood God, praying only for knowledge of God’s will for us and the power to carry that out.

12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

***

The view within AA thinking has always been that no person can fully understand or help an alcoholic better than an alcoholic in recovery.

Alcoholics know the way down, the way out, and have a unique willingness to share the depths of our problems, while those who are not admitted drunks hold back.

Holding back, hiding truth, not being fully real is a turn off for a depressed or out-of-sorts person, and professed alcoholics often can cut through formalities to root out deep-seated issues, especially if alcohol is involved.

***

Honesty!

Unadulterated truth and honesty… is the first step toward remedy in the life of an alcoholic, and maybe in our schools, as well.

Are we graduating upstanding Citizens, healthy people inside and out?

Are we tracking these students?  Do we know them well enough?

Or are we content to see some grades and a touchdown, declare a child and school fine until the next tragic incident…

One that might have been discovered with an honest drunk in recovery on board!!

A Poet’s Opinion

-by Bill Watkins 9/21/2017

St. Louis Police1

Having watched in-car video of the 2011 shooting, along with a bystander video of the events, and having read an account of the events and known facts from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch—recapped in a heavy.com news article from September 15th…

Here’s what I think, feel, and how I would have ruled—something I used to do when studying criminal law cases and decisions years ago, a self-study law review I made just to be a better person, and to know more stuff!!

Former St. Louis Police Officer, Jason Stockley, screwed up.

I don’t judge him, nor do I jump to the race card with what he did.  Being a victim of multiple acts of police violence and abuse myself, I see in Stockley’s actions typical thuggery and bad acting so prevalent in guns-first, think later cops.

But on December 20th, 2011, Officer Stockley was not the only person to screw up.  A suspect who would become the victim, Anthony Lamar Smith, was apparently dealing drugs, doing dirt—in the wrong place at the wrong time, with a rap sheet to match.

Smith, though a dad of a one-year old girl, I’m sure with good and bad in him—seemed to have the disease that leads too many of us into addiction and the trafficking of addictive drugs.

A lost soul, all the worse when cops roll up—AND YOU GET IN YOUR CAR, BANG INTO THEIRS AND FLEE THE SCENE!!!

Asking for trouble upon trouble, Stockley being one of those cops on scene to break up an illicit deal, it appears.

PROBLEM:

Stockley came to the scene armed with his own AK-47!!!  This is the first sign of unprofessional behavior, and also one of premeditation.

Officer Stockley presented in the video I saw a person looking for more problems than were there, seemed unsafe.

And now we move to a high-speed chase—a VERY unsafe practice through town, the officer’s SUV careening into a TREE before slamming into Smith’s car at high speed.

Next thing, police weapons are drawn, and Stockley shoots four or five rounds into a car, killing Smith.

That is always murder to me, killing is NEVER self-defense!!

(I am a martial artist, I know self-defense, and the goal nor the needs of defense require the cessation of your opponent’s heartbeat.)

That Stockley is suspected to have blurted out his intention to kill the suspect en route during this chase does not surprise me.

Mr. AK-47, a guy who shot at a fleeing car, saying he wanted to kill somebody sounds like all the same guy.

***

I will report now that at no time in my studies have I seen or felt an extra racial component to this, OTHER THAN THE OBVIOUS FACT:

We in this country have mistreated and abused Africa-descended people since they were brought sinfully in chains to the Colonies.

Until white people like myself make conscious financial, emotional and spiritual amends to black people, we will have too many African Americans in inner cities, tempted into living the kind of life Anthony Lamar Smith was living.

Those who dig into the surface a racial element here, reporting “White Cop Shoots Black Hero” are stoking problems, and are not attacking the problem’s root.

The incident is one of thousands that demonstrate a bigger need to make amends for the ancient second sin of slavery in the country, the first being the white man’s treatment of Native American people.

THE 20 YEARS sentence that I would give to Stockley based on what this poet saw and could surmise from what I know—is not because Stockley is a racist, but because he is guilty of certain Manslaughter;

Of making a bad situation of drug dealing into a far Worse one.

Of waving a personal AK-47 around on the job, driving at unsafe speeds, and of himself being a greater criminal than the one he was supposed to apprehend and HELP on December 20th, 2011.

Whether or not Stockley “planted a gun” in Smith’s car seems uncertain, although the DNA evidence, if true, seems damning.

Twenty years is what Stockley should have seen, so he can calm down and reflect—read a book or two, pray to God and ask forgiveness for the life of violence he had over time embraced leading to this tragedy.

To exonerate a dangerous person is wrong, and I feel Judge Wilson made the wrong verdict, based on what I have seen, on September 15th, 2017.

The Wife of My Youth – Part Two

Joy, Love, Peace

Let thy fountain be blessed:
and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
—Proverbs 5:18

We wait until thirty, marry our fourth
girlfriend, then threaten her with divorce.

If you’re me (pray you’re not), you never
learned love, lied to the wife of your youth,
fell in love with eight or nine girls, played sports
or drank alcohol all over them, made fun
of them when it was clear I hadn’t the skill
to “have” them, be with them, marry them.

I lied to the wife of my youth.

Take heed then to your spirit, and let no one
deal treacherously against the wife of your youth…
—Malachi 2:15

I lied to the wife of my youth.  I have sought
the love of strangers, because I was not honest
with the love of my life, the blessing God
gave me back in third grade.

A hard curse to reverse, but if Boston and
Chicago can get their baseball teams past
theirs, perhaps there is a way to reverse my
sad state.

*******

I saw Anne well before third grade.  I mean,
I think I did, but it was that school year that
illuminated her in a different light.

They call it a “crush.”  Solomon and Malachi
called her the Wife of my Youth.

I was two years from my parents splitting up,
had had a drink of bourbon on Dad’s lap, and
was into tennis.

She was too.  Into tennis.

There was a crush and feelings, possibly before
the night John McEnroe played doubles in front
of us, but that night moved the feelings forward
to another level.

It was a Sunday night, and we had “Show and Tell”
the next day in school, and I think Anne talked about
it.

We both went to the match with our families,
professional tennis on exhibition at a local
Southern California venue, maybe UCLA.

My family and I watched the doubles match,
and five or so rows below us to our right was
the Devereux family, Anne’s family, taking in the
match as well.

We were tennis families.

She was so blonde back then, maybe still is,
I dunno.

So cute.  So pretty.  A little tennis-playing athlete,
like me, probably with pro sports dreams—like me.

She had split-up parents, like me—I think alcohol
dripping through them, like me.

She was just gold and pure from my point of
view.  There was no divorce in looking at her,
no alcohol, no sadness.

Just a desire to be with her, spend time with her,
impress her—make her laugh.

I was in love.

God was not in my life, no source
of courage or strength.  Dad was my
favorite person before Anne came around, but
he and I never talked about feelings.

Coors Light, bourbon and water, divorce and
pretending to be excited about two
Christmases were some of my hobbies
by the time I fell in love with that cute
blonde five rows below me in the stadium,
a couple desks over in our third grade
classroom.

During show and tell the Monday after that
Sunday night tennis outing, Anne shared
that she had gone to see professional tennis,
and shared with a giggle that she had seen ME,
which was the moment in her share I was hanging
on in earnest.

I was in someone’s story, which was cool, but
that she was in my heart was new, and I had no
idea how to proceed.

So I hoped.  And hoped.  And looked.  And kept
trying to catch her attention, make her laugh or
smile.

I bragged about stuff.  She entrapped me once with
a prank, while “tripping people” became something
fun to do.  (We weren’t guided very well)

I declared to Anne that “I could never be tripped.”

Then one day, when the bell rang for P.E. (my favorite
class), Untrippable Bill RAN out of the classroom,
only to have Anne with her foot out.

Totally tripped me.  Could have killed me.

And she laughed.  And she had me.  It was mean,
but I guess I liked the attention…

*******

Osmosis didn’t work with love.  At least,
not with this one.  It did not seep out and share
itself by close proximity to the subject.

Feats achieved on the playing field, classroom,
or with any bragging words did not grant me
access.

I had no phone number, no date for tennis, no
way to keep in touch over the Summer, so when
the last bell rang for the three month break,
I was secretly sad at my failure.

It may have been the day we went to see Mork
and Mindy taped.  My friends and I did stuff our
moms planned for the last day of school; one time
we went to the beach…

It was all fine, except the person I really wanted
to be with was Anne Devereux.

And she went off, may have done stuff with her
friends, and I was privately devastated.  Unable to
communicate love, I was on my way to multiple
failures in love, never having a clue that Alcohol
was at the center of it all.

*******

The devil wears many dresses, corrupts, shines
in a way you wanna grab, have that thing.

I reached for Dad’s bourbon and water.

It took no courage…

But to tell Anne I loved her; that was something
I did not have in my bag, to use a tired golf
analogy.

I was scared.  I had no God to pray to about
that fear, so let the fear run my silence, and love
was not expressed.

I hurt myself; I hurt Anne.  I blasphemed against
God by not following my heart in love, and am left
to serve time for that.

Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe;
let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thy
ravished always with her love.

I even made a cruel joke about Anne during our
ninth grade class trip.  It came from total despair
at not knowing how to express feelings, be intimate
with anyone.  So I lashed out against her.

I looked for someone new to love and cheat by not
telling the truth.

Rinse.  Repeat.  Rinse.  Repeat…

And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with
a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of
a stranger?

God could see my sins.  I could not, still forsaking
without knowing, playing those sports, drinking
those beers—Running with the Devil himself.

For the ways of man are before the eyes of the
LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.

I was spiritually dying…

His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself,
and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.

He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness
of his folly he shall go astray.

Yet ye say, Wherefore?

Make no mistake, it’s a big deal to cross
the LORD, and the LORD’s plans for you.

Because the LORD hath been witness between
thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom
thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy
companion, and the wife of thy covenant.

We play act, pretend all is fine with the
strangers we have found.

We make due and survive, but…

There is a subtle, sometimes harsh wind that
blows, that challenges—even threatens—

Peace of Mind.

And without that… God’s curse becomes real,
our true paths forgotten, and Heaven an
empty dream.
